The fee depends on the building, not on a single provincial price. The three things that move it are the same ones on our depreciation reports page.
What changes the fee
- The number of strata lots and the size of the property.
- Complexity: how many components there are, and whether the development is sectioned, phased, or an air space parcel.
- Missing documents. Older buildings without architectural drawings take longer to inventory.
Per owner
On a cost-per-owner basis, small stratas usually pay more per lot and large stratas pay less, because the inspection is shared across more owners.
A written proposal
Request a free proposal and we will price the actual strata. If another qualified provider quotes less in writing for the same scope, we will match it. That price-match is the one published on our regional pages.
Travel is not added in the areas our regional pages name as local: the Okanagan, the Mid-Island, the Sea to Sky corridor, Kamloops and the Shuswap, and Prince George. Other areas are quoted on the proposal.
The rules and deadlines are on BC depreciation report rules. Start a proposal on the quote form or call 1-855-578-7282.
