NLD Consulting – Reserve Fund Advisors is a British Columbia–based provider of Depreciation Reports, Reserve Fund Studies, and Replacement Cost Appraisals. For over 15 years, we have proudly served strata corporations across British Columbia, including Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, the Whistler–Sea to Sky Corridor, Greater Victoria and South Vancouver Island, and the BC Interior / Okanagan and the North.
As of October 2024, NLD Consulting became Clarity Reserve Solutions Ltd., a national firm committed to elevating the standard of reserve fund consulting across Canada. While the Clarity Reserve Solutions name and the Clarity RS brand reflects our growing national presence, our local clients continue to benefit from the same experienced team, proven methodologies, and personalized service that have defined NLD Consulting for more than a decade.
This transition represents growth—not a change in quality. We remain home to British Columbia’s largest and most experienced reserve planning team, including Certified Reserve Planners (CRPs), Accredited Appraisers (AACI), and PRA-designated specialists. Our core mission remains unchanged: to deliver clear, comprehensive, and timely reserve planning solutions that support informed decision-making.
To date, our team has completed over 1,000 Depreciation Reports and Reserve Fund Studies for a wide range of residential and commercial/industrial strata developments, from high-rise towers and low-rise communities to phased and sectioned stratas and condos. Every project is approached with professionalism, technical expertise, and care that our clients have come to trust.
