Our Depreciation Report Consultants are proud members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC).
The Appraisal Institute of Canada was founded in 1938 and for over 70 years has been the leading Canadian appraisal and real estate consulting organization in educational, mentoring, and professional development within our industry. The AIC has a mandatory code of Rules and Ethics, and follows the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. (CUSPAP).
The Real Estate Institute of Canada was founded in 1955 and for over 55 years have been educating and certifying real estate specialists. The REIC has a Code of Professional Standards to which its members must adhere. Our team currently includes 10 professionals with membership in the REIC.
